We are open During the construction. The signs are a bit confusing, however all business in the develpment are open.
Chaps
A tiny cafe and bakery on the edge of town. It's where we gather to prepare and eat fresh delicious food, drink strong coffee, listen to great music and surround yourself with art, neighbors, friends, and community. Chaps is a great place to meet a friend or make a new one. We can't wait to serve you.
